Construction Labourer

Ideally you will have some construction experience in tilt up construction and be familiar with working on a construction site and be able to take on many different duties on the site. A level 2 First Aid is desirable.

Ideally you will have an excellent knowledge in Commercial concrete forming systems. You will have strong analytical skills, be safety conscious and be able to work in a large team of diverse contractors.

Residential Project Administrator

Our first project, The Austin, is under way and we are looking for a Project Administrator to assist the team in the development of this project as well as many others coming over the next number of years.

 Ideal candidate will be required to: 

• File documents received by email (server & hard copies) 
• Create Project Files 
• Prepare PO's for approval
  
• Perform Trade account reconciliations as needed
  
• Assist with building close out procedure (move ins/orientation tour booking) 
  
• Extensive work with purchaser database (Excel & Word) 
  
• MS Project - enter project schedule update timelines with milestones etc as dates become known as directed by Project Manager 
  
• Monitor consultant professional liability insurance expiry dates • Attend site meetings as needed 
  
• Take meeting minutes 
  
• Prepare contracts, changes and additions to contractual agreements as directed by Project Manager 
  
• Prepare reports 
  
• Residential Sales Administration
  
• Assist with Presentation Centre construction coordination
  

 In addition to this, you need to have the following software skills:

• Excel -- advanced, sorting, filtering, mail merge to Word 
  
• Word -- advanced, mail merge, proper letter format, large documents 
  
• Outlook
  
• MS Project - intermediate 
  
• Preferred but not required: Timberline PM
